Communication and Teamwork During Times of Complexity and Change
This seminar is for company leaders, staff, managers and project teams. The purpose of this program is to provide a breakthrough in employees’ fundamental abilities to shift their focus away from self and team limiting, fear based perceptions, to useful conclusions and thought patterns that empower them to be self-generating.
Length: 4 to 7 hours
Each game we play we learn the rules, when has anyone ever shown you the playing field for the Game of Life? This workshop defines the two aspects of vision and reality and looks at the invisible boundary separating these two dimensions. Participants will learn what appears each time they take a vision into reality and what they can do to negotiate the obstacles they encounter to be productive.
Length: 2 Hours
Being mutually supportive requires us to see others in the workplace as heroes, each with their own contributions to make. We will clearly identify what gets in the way of seeing the hero and promoting success in each and every interaction we experience with our team members and work force.
Length: 1 ½ Hours
This seminar is designed for all staff in an organization including management, sales, and customer service. The purpose of this seminar is to provide knowledge on how to ask effective questions; leaning to listen; building confidence and self esteem; providing feedback; making clear commitments; and overcoming objectives. These modules provide an opportunity for the participants to engage in the skill during the seminar.
