Cindy Tomcak
Shooting Stars Professional Coaching and Consulting Founder & Managing Director

Cindy Tomcak is an experienced and highly effective Consultant and Business Coach. She consistently demonstrates her expertise by the outstanding results achieved by her clients. Throughout her career, Cindy has focused her leadership and coaching skills to support individuals and teams to become top performers, to implement change with ease, and to continue to develop to be the best they can be.

Her background includes twenty-five years of impressive accomplishments in the mortgage industry; sixteen of those years were with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She achieved State and National recognition, beginning in 1992, based on her outstanding performance results as an individual top performer and leader in the state of Nebraska and the United States. Some of the specific awards received were:

  • Leaders Club recognition for top percentage of sales consultants in the company
  • Affiliate of the Year Award through Women’s Council of Realtors
  • Outstanding Service Award through the Omaha Area Board of Realtors

In 1995 she was promoted to Producing Branch Manager in Omaha, Nebraska. This position provided her with industry wide recognition of her coaching abilities; leadership; strategic planning and financial budgeting skills.

As a result of her success, in 2003 Cindy was promoted again, this time to Nebraska Area Manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage managing the entire state of approximately 200 Wells Fargo Home Mortgage employees. She received a high honor award by being selected to become a member of the President’s Club, which is exclusive to the top ten producing Areas in the United States.

In 2006 Cindy decided to begin her own company, Shooting Stars Professional Coaching and Consulting. She has received extensive and rigorous training from the International Coach Federation Certified, Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California. She was recently selected and studied to become an Associate of the Academy and a Licensed Seminar Leader.

Cindy Tomcak’s passion is to support clients in creating their best year yet. She is able to do this through Coaching, Consulting and Seminar Leading.
