Standards of Integrity Assessment
It has been said that each of us operate on three levels. First being who we pretend to be; Second is who we are worried we are; and Third who we really are. Who we really are is the aspect of ourselves that lives at the center of our heart. They are qualities and attributes that describe who we are in our heart. They exist apart from what we think and feel in the moment. This assessment is a short exercise that brings to light these qualities and provides the individual with a clear understanding of what they stand for. Knowing your Standards of Integrity is a tool to take your vision into reality with clarity, focus, ease and grace.

Discovering your Life Intentions
It is no secret that our lives are changing in ways that place new demands on us. Accelerated change in our lives and the workplace can delay the launch of our dreams and visions as we bring them into reality. This delay can cause frustration and resignation. Discovering your Life Intentions is an important tool to know and focus on as you are confronted with the reality of change.
Life Intentions are the purposes or aims that lie in our hearts and give us a sense of meaning. They are a way of being. They don’t point to specific actions or goals, instead they exist as possibilities that call out to us no matter what is going on in our lives. They indicate our ideals and priorities. They pull us toward wanting to achieve something. For Example:
- To be a well respected professional
- To be financially successful
- To be a loving family member
- To be physically fit and healthy
This exercise provides you with your Life Intentions that is the blueprint for focused action toward your goals.
